Fuga Cloud team wishes everybody Happy Holidays and a prosperous 2019

2018 - Looking back on a great year

2018 has been a great year! Our loyal customer base continued to grow and we had to expand our cloud platform several times this year. Resulting in more compute resources, a lot of extra storage and improved performance all round. The upgrades were completed without any disruption to our platform. Our cloud platform has proven to be rock-solid and resilient. We added an SLA to our services with an uptime guarantee of 99,99% and updated our Terms of Use to be GDPR ready.

Behind the scenes

Although our current platform is performing great, we decided to completely redesign our stack from the bottom up. Our second big release is now currently running in public beta and will be ready for production in Q1 of 2019.

Practice what you preach

This complete redesign resulted in a new platform where all the DevOps and CI/CD principles are implemented. This gives us the possibility to maintain, expand and update our platform more efficiently.

So what’s in store for 2019

  • Completion of the Fuga Cloud beta release 2
  • The official launch of Fuga Cloud release 2
  • Of course, we will release a lot of new features during the year

Thanks

We would like to thank all our customers for making 2018 a great year and we wish you all the best for 2019.
