Fuga Cloud places great importance on reliable and high-quality services. In order to ensure this to our customers, we have chosen to certify the quality and safety of our processes and services in accordance with recognized standards. For IT service management and information security, we therefore comply with the ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards. In addition, we comply with the NEN 7510 standard for information security for organizations in the Dutch healthcare sector.

Our certifications demonstrate that we have considered all aspects of our service and security. For this purpose, processes and procedures have been arranged that are monitored, regularly evaluated and continuously improved.

Security measures

Because we take good care of your data and products, we take security measures.
We do PEN tests on a permanent level for our own Fuga API, web portals, and systems. We have our certifications and we take measures as processor and for our Fuga Cloud / IaaS platform.

Terms of Use

The Services include the provision of a Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) based on the OpenStack platform. OpenStack is not a product of Fuga Cloud. OpenStack is an open source cloud operating system which is made available by under the Apache 2.0 license.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

On all our applicable services we offer a monthly uptime guarantee to customers of at least 99.99%. If Fuga Cloud does not comply with the SLA and the customer has met the Terms of use and SLA, the customer is entitled to a financial credit.

Responsible Disclosure Policy (RDP)

As a hosting provider, we consider the security of our systems and those of our customers highly important. In spite of our concern for the security of these systems, it may nevertheless happen that a weak spot exists.

If you have found a weak spot in one of the ICT systems within our network, please inform us, so the necessary measures can be taken as quickly as possible to rectify the vulnerability. We collaborate with you in order to better protect our customers and our systems.
