Fuga Cloud places great importance on reliable and high-quality services. In order to ensure this to our customers, we have chosen to certify the quality and safety of our processes and services in accordance with recognized standards. For IT service management and information security, we therefore comply with the ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards. In addition, we comply with the NEN 7510 standard for information security for organizations in the Dutch healthcare sector.

Our certifications demonstrate that we have considered all aspects of our service and security. For this purpose, processes and procedures have been arranged that are monitored, regularly evaluated and continuously improved.

ISO/IEC 20000:2011

The ISO 20000 standard concerns IT service management and is inspired by ITIL. Because we work according to this standard, you can rely on our consistent handling of support, maintenance, incidents, changes, and capacity concerning our platforms and systems. We have procedures for all processes and monitor compliance, response times and progress. We have written down all procedures and agreements in our SLA, so it is always clear to you what you can expect in areas such as response times, availability, monitoring and recovery times of our services. Fuga Cloud is one of the few cloud providers who are certified according to the ISO 20000 standard.

NEN 7510:2011

The NEN 7510 standard is a standard for information security. It was developed by the Dutch Normalization Institute in the Netherlands and is based on ISO 27001. The NEN 7510 contains specific additional issues in terms of privacy protection, access to patient information, data and logging actions in the electronic health record. By using our expertise and our certification, you can comply with these quality standards as an organization yourself.
